Custom Arrange of Collection first product

Hi ,
Like every other platform i dont see way to make custom URL which can add product of my choice as first product in collection.
For Example
This is default collection
likemychoice.com/collections/vacation
Now if i wanna add this product as first product
likemychoice.com/products/classic-oversized-loose-printed-shirt-dress
Then i will add " ?sort_by=classic-oversized-loose-printed-shirt-dress " this at end of URl
new URL is : likemychoice.com/collections/vacation?sort_by=classic-oversized-loose-printed-shirt-dress
So this NEW URL will now show product of my choice as first product. When there are 100's of product in collection and m running ad to multiple this method helps a lot.
I really need this feature in PLUSBASE
