Many Big sellers said that personalized products (not create through Print Hub/PrintBase) need to support the preview feature and automatically generate file artwork like in Print Hub and PrintBase because they have their own supply system so that they will not fulfill by Shopbase
Shopify has the app Customily which well supports personalized products. Big sellers seem to have a thought that our store at Shopbase is not as good as Shopify because of this lack-of-feature, especially in the case that at the end of the year, they focus on this personalized products
