Edit artwork as a sellers for customised product

Customer will provide a photo. we (sellers) will download it and customise that product for that specific customer and upload it to fullfillment team. then they will do process as they do and ship them to customers.
That means a little process or option will be added for seller to upload the customised version and approve for fullfillment.
