May I suggest that a packing slip and/or invoice be included for a professional look. Your printers may not be set up to provide this service, but it would enhance the customer experience and match the quality of the store. We would want customers to have a first-class process from browsing to purchasing to reception of the item.

Is it possible to have custom packaging when shipping the items (POD)? Maybe custom printing on the shipping box, or a sticker that can be applied to the box?
Or, a custom business card/postcard inserted into each shipped package?
