Hi all,
Recently, PlusBase has made a Change in default ETA processing time of AliExpress products and Periodic Adjustment of ETA processing time.
- Reduce the default ETA processing time at AliExpress-product-importing-stage from 10 to 5 calendar days
- Periodic review and adjustment of products having orders, based on actual performance: 95% of SKU have reduced processing time by 1-4 days
Our processing time is calendar days, which makes 5 days in PlusBase equivalent to 3-4 biz days as shown in other platforms.

A processing period ranging from 7-10 business days is unsatisfactory; ensuring completion within 3 business days is imperative, If this requirement is not fulfilled, I will be forced to close my store.

In normal case the customers receive their order 7- 10 day. but not when you using shopbase. we really need to change this platform they will not changing anything!
