Email Alias/Forward for domain bought from ShopBase

To support merchants creating an email alias for customer support without depending on 3rd-party services, ShopBase provides one email alias that has a default suffix @domain.com when domains bought from ShopBase are connected to their store.

With PrintBase/PlusBase, a default alias in the form of support@domain.com will be created and replaced by ShopBase email support at the store’s footer. Emails sent to the email alias will be forwarded to ShopBase email account. With current PrintBase/PlusBase stores, when this feature goes live, if they are using ShopBase domains, an email alias support@domain.com will be automatically created and replaced by the default email at footer.
